I built Spark Your Path for the founder I used to be.
And the one I still am, on the days the loop won't close.
Our philosophy
For more than three decades, I built radio stations. Not the flashy on-air part. The infrastructure part. Developing stations, finding voices, shaping brands, and getting the right message to the right listener at the right moment. It is the discipline of making a specific human stop what she is doing and pay attention.
That is exactly what business design for founders is. The industry changed. The work did not.

I am not writing about neurodivergent founders. I am one. OCD is my primary operating system. Sensitivity to overload is the second layer. ADHD traits surface hardest when the first two are dysregulated. I know the loops that keep decisions open. I know the sprint-and-collapse cycles. I know what it costs a business when the founder's capacity does not match the model she was sold.
Everything I build for Spark Your Path is tested first on my own business, running in the margins of a full life.
I am an ICF certified coach. That is the credential that makes the methodology hold up under pressure. But the reason the Built for One Method exists is not because I studied coaching. It is because I could not find a business framework that respected the way my brain actually works.
So I built one.
One Human. One Real Problem. One Simple Solution. One Clear Offer. One Signal.
Five decisions. That is the entire framework.
If you have been trying to build a business on advice that assumes a brain and a schedule you do not have:
You are exactly who Spark Your Path was built for. The library is where we start.
